Legislature, may be applied to the general fund, general fund                  
program receipts, general fund match or general fund mental health             
fund sources in this section.                                                  
                                                                               
Senator Parnell moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                     
Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
