Senator Parnell offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, Line 4: Delete: 2000, unless otherwise indicated. Insert: 2000, unless otherwise indicated. Notwithstanding the amounts otherwise set out in this section, the department-wide unallocated reductions based on travel and personal services authorizations set out in Sec. 44, SCS CSHB 50(FIN) of the 21st Alaska State Legislature, may be applied to the general fund, general fund program receipts, general fund match or general fund mental health fund sources in this section. Senator Parnell moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
